"Οι πολιτικές για τα Ελληνικά Παροικιακά Σχολεία (ΕΠΣ) συντάχθηκαν με τη συνεργασία κοινωνικής λειτουργού, των προϊσταμένων και του διευθυντικού προσωπικού των δύο εκπαιδευτικών αποστολών, Ελλάδας και Κύπρου, και εκπροσώπων των Εκπαιδευτικών Φορέων της Παροικίας. Για τη συγγραφή τους λήφθηκαν υπόψη τόσο η Αγγλική νομοθεσία όσο και οι ιδιαιτερότητες των Ελληνικών Παροικιακών Σχολείων."
